Project Objective: Developed interactive learning content for Apple Pay onboarding and system integration training. Created rapid-deployment materials, including self-guided trainings, job aids, and videos, for over 100 adult learners. Designed, tested, and published training materials using Apple's internal LMS, The Grove. Responsibilities also included tracking training success through reporting and feedback analysis. Due to the NDA, work samples cannot be provided.

Project Objective: As a creative Pro at Apple, I engage with customers to provide personalized training and support, helping customers maximize their use of Apple products and services. I conduct workshops, offer technical assistance, and inspire creativity by guiding users through various Apple applications.
