Content Designer | Learning Designer | UX/UI Specialist

With a background in content strategy, user experience, and learning design, I bring a creative and data-driven approach to building digital learning experiences that engage, educate, and empower. I’m currently a Creative Manager and Content Strategist at Walmart, where I lead Marketplace Learn’s content strategy. My work centers on integrating AI into learning systems to enhance self-service, streamline workflows, and make complex tools feel intuitive and human-centered.

Before Walmart, I worked as a Learning Experience Designer at Meta, developing global compliance and safety training programs, and as a Content Designer at TikTok, where I designed interactive guides and e-learning modules for Effect House and global HR programs. Earlier in my career, I served as a Learning Designer at DoorDash, creating large-scale onboarding and training initiatives that supported over 10,000 employees worldwide, and at Apple, I designed e-learning programs for Apple Pay and led creative retail training initiatives that fused storytelling with innovation.

I hold a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s in Innovation in Society with a minor in Digital Culture from Arizona State University. I’m passionate about designing learning experiences that blend creativity, technology, and empathy to make knowledge more accessible and meaningful.

When I’m not shaping content ecosystems, you’ll probably find me writing poetry, exploring new cities, or curating playlists that spark new ideas.
